Abstract Submission Instructions

Abstracts should address one of the topics listed in the Conference Program.

The abstracts authors must be registered as participants and have the registration fee paid prior to submitting their papers.

The submitted abstracts will be reviewed by a panel of the conference scientific committee to consider whether the proposed submission is relevant to the Conference.

Abstract format guidelines:

1. Abstracts must be submitted in Bulgarian and English.
2. The total length of the abstract should not exceed 2000 characters (approx. 350 words), excluding title, authors and affiliations.
3. The body of the abstract must be typed using Times New Roman font, size 12, single space.
4. The title must be typed using Capital letters, Times New Roman font, size 12, Bold.
5. Identification of the authors must include the following information: First name, Last name, Institution, Department, City, Country.
6. The content of the abstract must be informative and include:
   • Introduction
   • Material and Methods
   • Results
   • Conclusions
   • Keywords
7. The abstract must highlight the importance of the theme and the originality of the study, its purpose, the characteristics of the case and the relevance of the approached subject in the context of today’s knowledge.
8. The abstract must not contain any graphics, tables, pictures or other types of figures.

The authors will be informed by e-mail whether the abstract has been selected for oral presentation or poster session.
