GENERAL TERMS FOR PARTICIPATION
in

3rd National Conference on obstructive sleep apnea and snoring

4 – 6 October 2018

PARTICIPATION FEE

The participation fee includes: participation in scientific sessions, coffee breaks, Welcome cocktail, lunches and dinners, certificate for participation.

 

COMPANY PARTICIPATION

• Presentation – 430 EUR without VAT 20%
  The presentation should be coordinated with Prof. Mario Milkov in advance.

• Stand 6 sq. m, incl. equipment: table and two chairs, participation fee of one company representative – 650 EUR without VAT 20%.

• Package price for presentation and stand 6 sq. m, incl. equipment: table and two chairs, participation fee of one company representative - 810 EUR without VAT 20%.
  Arrangement of stands is possible on 03.10.2018 - 16:00-18:00 h or on 04.10.2018 - 07:30-08:00 h.

• Sponsorship packages:

Platinum sponsor – 2050 EUR without VAT 20%
•    company presentation up to 30 minutes in the scientific program;
•    company stand up to 6 sq. m, table and 2 chairs;
•    registration fee for two company representatives;
•    company logo as a Platinum Sponsor in the Conference hall;
•    company logo as a Platinum Sponsor in the in the final program;
•    company logo as a Platinum Sponsor on the registration desk;
•    distribution of corporate promotional products or brochures during the event.

Gold Sponsor  – 1550 EUR without VAT 20%
•    company stand up to 6 sq. m, table and 2 chairs;
•    registration fee for one company representative;
•    company logo as a Gold Sponsor in the Conference hall;
•    company logo as a Gold Sponsor in the in the final program;
•    company logo as a Gold Sponsor on the registration desk;
•    distribution of corporate promotional products or brochures during the event.

Silver Sponsor – 1300 EUR without VAT 20%
•    company logo as a Gold Sponsor in the Conference hall;
•    company logo as a Gold Sponsor in the in the final program;
•    company logo as a Gold Sponsor on the registration desk;
•    distribution of corporate promotional products or brochures during the event.

TRANSFER

The organizing agency "Tourexpo - Varna" PLC offers a transfer:
Varna airport - hotel - 20 EUR without VAT 20%.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATION

The organizing agency "Tourexpo - Varna" PLC offers hotel accommodation with special discount in the hotels for the participants in the Conference:

Prices don’t include VAT 20%.

REGISTRATION

To declare your registration or corporate participation, please fill in and send the registration form at office@tourexpo.bg. We will send back a proforma invoice. Registration is considered valid after full payment of the relevant participation and accommodation amount. During the event, registration of participants starts at 07:30 on 04.10.2018.

Please, as a basis for payment to write: "Fees for 3rd National Conference on sleep apnea" and specify the name of the participant or the number of proforma-invoice received after the registration.

CANCELLATION

Cancellation of your registration is acceptable only in writing via email: office@tourexpo.bg. Cancellations made until August 15, 2018 are reimbursed 50% of the deposited amount. After this period, the value may not be recovered.
