All participants of the workshop as well as the exhibitors are invited to take part in Welcome reception on May 28, 2015, from 18.30 to 21.00 hrs in the Restaurant of hotel Admiral. Snacks and drinks will be served. Participation is included in the registration fee. The Welcome reception offers a lot of opportunities to talk and to discuss with colleagues and friends.

The Dinner of the 6th ESES Workshop 2015 will take place at the “Chiflika” restaurant in Golden Sands Resort.
Bulgarian Traditional Dinner – 4 course menu
The menu is composed of traditional Bulgarian dishes and drinks. The first dish is a big vegetable salad, accompanied by 50g rakia (bulgarian brandy). In Bulgarian tradition the brandy drink slowly in small sips. The combination salad-rakia prepares the digestive tract for the main course, which is served with wine – white or red. The appetizer and the dessert are also traditional. During the dinner you'll watch the rich folklore program including music, dances and customs from all seven folklore regions of Bulgaria.
